How to Stay Fit all Through The Year

Many of us only worry about staying fit when we need to get a new outfit or for the holidays or if one of our kids is getting married. The list of excuses is just so long that if we really thought about it, we would laugh. Living a healthy life style really comes down to choices. Many of the choices we make now will effect us down the road and bit us in the but. There are so many simple things that we can incorporate into our lives and once we make them a habit we will not even realize we are doing them. At first, it will take a conscious effort but after a month you will not even notice. One way to help burn more calories is when you go to the store, office, or mall, park your car further away each time you go there. This way you will not even notice the change. Good things come in small packages. When going place that offer you a choice of the elevator or the stairs, you will burn more calories using the stairs.Plus you will get an added bonus, you will be firming up your thighs as well.

Many of us have the excuse that we forgot our excercise gear at home. Here is a simple way of curing that. Carry a bag in the car so when the mood strikes, you are ready to get moving. If you have an exercise routine in place HURRAY! GOOD WORK! KEEP IT UP.
If you are looking to increase the calories lost and strengthen new muscles change the intensity of your workout and add new exercises to keep it interesting.

Losing weight and keeping in shape is a life time commitment not--a when I think about commitment.
