As we age, we find that it is much harder to remember things such as where we put our keys or where we left the dogs leash or even where we parked the car. One other thing researchers have found to help improve memory is using ginko biloba, a supplement that enhances blood flow to the brain and may help improve memory.  And if all else fails, ask your doctor for phosphatidyserine--a fatty substance that has been shown to halt memory lose in those who have suffered from deterioration. Doctors recommend 200 to 300 milligrams a day. It may take a few months for you to notice.

 

As we age, our bodies do not absorb nutrients as well. That is why federal researchers advise everyone—especially older men and women to add zinc to their diets. This supplement helps improve memory and clarity when the person is deficient in this mineral.

 

It really does create many problems for people who have to deal with losing their memory. Especially when you go some place and can not find your way home or where you parked your car. It is very important to make sure you eat a healthy diet and exercise to keep your brain happy and healthy.
